HSBC Singapore unveils its largest wealth centre

HSBC Singapore (“HSBC”) has opened its newest and largest wealth centre at Singapore Land Tower (“the wealth centre”), marking the launch of its first sky lounge and first-ever dedicated Premier Elite space in Singapore.

Located in the heart of the CBD at Raffles Place, the wealth centre reflects HSBC’s continued investment in Singapore as a priority market and key international wealth hub, strengthening the bank’s ability to serve the city’s growing affluent segment through elevated advisory spaces and differentiated service experiences.

Tailored for meaningful wealth conversations

Spanning 7,884 square feet on the 33rd floor of the iconic Singapore Land Tower, the new wealth centre is HSBC’s fourth and largest wealth centre in Singapore to date.

Designed to deliver a personalised and premium banking experience, the wealth centre offers a total of 14 meeting rooms, including enclosed teller rooms and private client advisory rooms, to support meaningful wealth conversations. Each advisory room is purpose-built, including a dedicated family room that provides privacy for complex and multi-generational wealth discussions.

Advisory facilities are complemented by experiential elements, including panoramic skyline views, premium finishings, and distinctive hospitality offerings, accompanied by multi-sensory touches like custom scents, textured upholstery, a signature heritage wall and historical artefacts from the bank’s vault on display,

The wealth centre is further differentiated by exclusive spaces that cater to Premier and Premier Elite clients respectively, bridged by a spacious sky lounge that overlooks Singapore’s financial district.

Elevating the Premier Elite experience

The Singapore Land Tower Wealth Centre is home to HSBC’s first-ever dedicated space for Premier Elite clients in Singapore, who enjoy exclusive access to tailored spaces and experiences at the wealth centre, including spacious private meeting rooms, personalised service rituals and elevated hospitality offerings, such as bespoke creations from celebrity chef Janice Wong, seasonal petit fours air-flown from France, and a signature fragrance inspired by the HSBC Papilionanda Orchid.

HSBC Premier Elite, unveiled in 2024 as part of Premier 3.0, is designed for affluent clients with a minimum total relationship balance of S$1.2million. The new space within the wealth centre is the latest privilege made available to Premier Elite clients, who also enjoy exclusive access to tailored advisory solutions, specialist market intelligence, VIP experiences, preferential rates, and international Elite lifestyle benefits across travel, dining and entertainment.

Ashmita Acharya, Head of International Wealth and Premier Banking, Singapore, said: Singapore is a priority market and wealth hub for HSBC, and our new Singapore Land Tower Wealth Centre reflects our ongoing commitment to deliver exceptional service and experiences for our clients here. This wealth centre, with our first dedicated Premier Elite space, has been meticulously designed to integrate the wealth and lifestyle aspirations of our clients, bringing together the best of our advisory, service and hospitality expertise to elevate their wealth journey in meaningful ways.”

The opening of the HSBC Singapore Land Tower Wealth Centre is the latest milestone in HSBC’s ongoing multi-year transformation journey, which includes a five-fold investment towards increasing its physical network in Singapore. This is HSBC’s fourth wealth centre opened since 2024, underscoring the bank’s continued investment into deepening its wealth footprint in Singapore through enhanced physical and digital capabilities.

The bank has also rolled out a series of enhancements to its affluent offering across wealth, health, international and lifestyle, including the launch of the HSBC Premier Mastercard, upgrades to its digital wealth platforms, and targeted partnerships to deliver international digital wealth capabilities, curated experiences, and preferential health and wellness offerings.

Located on L33, the new wealth centre’s sky lounge offers wraparound views of the city’s iconic skyline and differentiated hospitality experiences.

Spanning 7,884 square feet, the wealth centre hosts a total of 14 purpose-built and private advisory rooms, including a dedicated family room for multi-generational wealth discussions.

Advisory facilities are complemented by experiential elements, including premium finishings, custom scents, textured upholstery, and a heritage wall with historical artefacts on display.
