HSBC re-opens Hillview & Holland Village Branches
**8 HSBC branches have been in operation since 2 June 2020**
**Customers are advised to continue using digital banking channels where possible**
HSBC Bank (Singapore) today announced it has adopted a phased approach to the resumption of its branch operations starting with the re-opening of Hillview and Holland Village Branches on 2 June 2020. In addition, customers can now visit operating HSBC branches for discussions on financial advisory and wealth management services strictly on a by-appointment basis, in cases where they are unable to do so via remote channels.
This is aligned to the Ministry of Health’s controlled approach to resume activities safely over three phases as Singapore exits the Circuit Breaker which ended on 1 June 2020.

All branches in operation except for Raffles Place branch will continue to serve HSBC corporate banking customers.
HSBC Bank (Singapore) urges all customers to continue using its digital (HSBC Singapore Mobile app) and internet (HSBC Online Banking) channels for their banking and investment needs. All ATMs, including those at its closed branches, will operate as normal. HSBC customers should also note that Quick Cheque facilities are only available at its operating branches.
HSBC Bank (Singapore) remains committed to balancing the need of offering essential banking services to the community with safeguarding the health and safety of its customers and employees. Customers visiting HSBC branches are required to wear a face mask at all times and log their visits via the SafeEntry QR code, which has been implemented at all entry and exit points of HSBC premises. Customers are also encouraged to use the TraceTogether App as this will facilitate more efficient contact tracing.
