HSBC’s newest Wealth Centre at the Star Vista opened in April this year and is the second of three dedicated Wealth Centres planned for 2025, a central part of HSBC’s multi-year transformation journey, which includes a five-fold investment increase towards enhancing its physical network across Singapore.
This is the first time HSBC has introduced a physical integrated wealth and health offering in Singapore, providing customers with a distinctive proposition that brings together wealth advisory, protection, and healthcare under one roof. The Health and Wellness Centre will exclusively serve HSBC bank customers undergoing medical underwriting for their HSBC Life Singapore policies at no extra cost, delivering a seamless, elevated and integrated wealth and protection journey.
Ashmita Acharya, Head of International Wealth and Premier Banking, HSBC Singapore, said: “As an integrated banking and insurance group, HSBC is uniquely positioned to deliver a truly seamless wealth and health offering that can support customer needs holistically as they evolve across a lifetime. The launch of our new Health and Wellness Centre delivers on our ambition to offer the most complete integrated wealth and health proposition in the market, while providing a differentiated Wealth Centre experience that goes beyond traditional banking.”

The enhanced partnership will also provide customers with additional benefits including cashless arrangements for outpatient care, 24/7 concierge and emergency care coordination, telemedicine services, discounted health screening packages and early detection initiatives.
These enhancements reflect HSBC Life’s commitment to delivering comprehensive and end-to-end solutions for its customers through the deepening of partnerships with key healthcare providers in Singapore.
Harpreet Bindra, Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Life Singapore, said: “We are delighted to deepen our partnership with Raffles Medical through the launch of our first-ever Health and Wellness Centre in Singapore and an enhanced suite of premium care services for our customers.
