HSBC Singapore Enhances Parental Leave to provide greater support for parents

HSBC Singapore today announced significant enhancements to its Parental Leave policies for employees across the organisation, underscoring the bank’s commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment, prioritising the well-being of its employees and their families.

With effect from 1 September 2023, maternity leave will be extended to 26 weeks, a substantial increase from the current 16 weeks, and paternity leave will increase to 8 weeks of leave, up from the current 2 weeks.
